Stainless Steel Strip Punching & cropping - These tools used for espagnolette bar components.

The samples in front of the tools indicate the type of strip components that can be punched with our hydraulic units. Stainless steel strip of 12mm to 16mm width and 2mm thickness are pre-cut to length and manually loaded into the die space. The tools can be set at infinitely variable positions for short batch runs of similar components of constantly changing lengths. The bases of the tool bodies have tenon plates to slide in a groove machined in the bed plate. The front slot is used to clamp the tools in position when the zero pointer at the front of the tool has been registered in its desired position.
