Bridge Tool For Punching Strip in CNC roll Feed Punching Machines - Window & Door Gear

The tool is a ‘bridge’ design based on the ‘Minni-Die’ standard Model HM51 punching head of 51mm diameter capacity and is  used to punch strip on a coil fed CNC punching machine. The cylinders are double acting Parsell Minni-Die DF78 cylinders capable of developing 17 tons force at close centres. The cylinder is mounted in two head guides so that it can be slid out of the way and tool changes and maintenance can be carried out quickly - either on the machine or away from the machine. Punches and dies can be changed on the machine without skills because they have positive key and slot positions to automatically align the punch and die in the body frame.
