Punching Aluminium Tubular Extrusion sections - This item on a Press brake for Shop Fitters Racking.

This set up on a Press brake is used to punch slots in an aluminium tubular extrusion used for shop fitting components of high quality. Visual quality appearance is important and this tool punched mill finished aluminium, powder coated and anodised aluminium without marking or scratching. The tube component is loaded onto a snug mandrel - which contains the die buttons - up to a stop position. When the slots have been punched a hydraulic ejector fork is activated which releases the component sufficiently for it to be pulled from the mandrel with ease.
