Punching Right Through 19mm tubes for Furniture Components.

These units are used to punch right through steel or aluminium tubes used for furniture or agricultural products. The holes are punched without using a mandrel inside the tube, so a ‘countersink’ is produce on the entry side. The exit side of the hole is not deformed at all because it is supported by the die below the tube. The countersunk effect is frequently required for screw fixing in furniture applications or agricultural items - such as lawn mower handles and the like. Both the sleeve and the die are ‘half cupped’ to suit the diameter of the tube.
