A Fully Adjustable Sliding Bed Corner Notching Machine - This machine is used to make metal ceiling tiles

Flat sheets in steel or aluminium can be punched in one operation, which means that all the notches are true to each other and makes for an accurately bent/formed ‘tray’ component - metal ceiling tiles in this instance. The two main beds are adjustable on sliding tracks and the corner notch units are adjustable on their respective beds.
