Punching and Forming Roll Formed Section - Pallisade Steel Fencing Verticals shown here

This is an example of an ‘off-line’ punching machine to punch, slit and form pallisade sections cold-rolled elsewhere. The machine is manually loaded with components previously rolled and cut to length on a roll forming line. The parting off tool in the rolling line leaves a Vee point at one end and a flat 90 degree crop on the other. In this machine, two round holes are punched at the same time as the ‘Fleur De Lys’ spikes are slit and formed at the sharp end!
