Model M14
The chart on the right hand side shows the continued list of stock punches and dies for Model M14 from 10,2mm diameter through to 14,0mm diameter. All punch sizes in bold are
available ex-stock and all dies are available for punching metal thicknesses up to 6,mm
Model M20 punches and dies start from punch diameter 11,1mm through to 20,0mm diameter but only the bold punch sizes are normally ex-stock.
Model M30 punches and dies from stock hard blanks, begin at 15,0mm diameter through to 30mm diameter.

Shaped punches and dies
are all made to customer order, at which time any dimensions can be chosen for ‘round ended slots’, ‘squares’ and ‘rectangles’. Hard blanks are kept in stock with keyways at 0 degrees and 90 degrees, which are included in the list price as standard. The shape must be contained by the maximum diameter of the chosen model. E.g. 30,0mm diam. in Model M30.
Always specify the metal thickness
to be punched. Avoid sharp punch corners for squares or rectangles if at all possible and small corner radii are beneficial for extending punch tool life.
All dies have posi-loc keyways to match up with the die locators in each of the models M14 to M127. If flats are required please advise at the time or ordering.
Deliveries ex-works are usually 7 days for Models M10 to M30. Model M10 can only have one keyway due to the shaft size, so customers must specify the slot relationship to the tool
main body axis.
Model M8-150 is only available with round punches and dies, and low stocks are kept for this model compared to Models M10 & M14. The unit is ideally used for unusually close hole centres.

The diagram for special shapes is to show some
examples to indicate what is possible. The shape or compound shape must always to be contained by the maximum diameter of the punch in the model selected.
|
|
|
Zero degrees to the main tool body axis is the front of the unit and the shape is - ‘as viewed in the die’.
90 degrees to the main tool body axis is the right hand side of the unit as viewed in the press position - ie with the throat towards the back of the press.
180 degrees to the main tool body axis is the rear of the die and 270 degree is the left hand side of the die
The posi-loc dowel location for the die is on the right hand side of the unit as the tool - ‘lies in the press’
